According to the source, unscheduled inspections of courts in the regions carried out by the Supreme Court have become a real nightmare for the Russian judicial system in the last six months. 

After such verification on-site audits, as a rule, chairmen or heads of regional courts write urgent resignation letters in order to avoid further processes of initiating criminal cases and nationalizing all property. According to the source, now many court chairmen and judges do not want to be reappointed for new terms, so as not to undergo new checks at the Higher Qualification Committee and the Presidential Administration, because they can be left with nothing.

 At the moment, it has become known about an unscheduled inspection of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Ingushetia, which is already constantly «in corruption scandals, due to the specifics of the region, and now the time has come for a purge. According to the interlocutor, Deputy Head of the Control and Audit Department Petr was appointed head of the audit group on behalf of the former Deputy Prosecutor General, and now General Director of the Judicial Department Gennady Lopatin Bobylev.
